Double Bedroom with Own Bathroom in Dalston

Hi everyone,

Sadly after two years my flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, which means I am looking to rent out her double room (with your own bathroom, wardrobe, juliette balcony) in our two bed/ two bath flat.

The flat has been a dream to live in, big rooms, open plan kitchen and living area, 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground, 15 minute walk to Clissold Park, 20 mins from London fields, every bakery/bar/shop you could possibly want at your finger-tips but off the main road so not noisy. After two years I think we've only had maybe two things we've needed to contact the landlord about and he's been super responsive.

The flat is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, beds and built-in wardrobe and also has a communal storage closet and washer/dryer. It also has a gorgeous balcony that looks onto our quiet road and gets really nice morning/ afternoon sun. The building itself has a gated entrance, courtyard, and bike storage.

I am a full time professional that works 2-3 days a week from home. I have lived in London for 6 years and I am looking for a female flatmate that is neat, tidy and respectful of space and boundaries.
I have a busy work/social schedule so looking for someone on the same wavelength. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of people's space but also like to chill in the house/ watch trash TV/ go to the pub etc. I'm looking for a likeminded housemate who wants to make the space a home.
