A short term en-suite room available in an incredibly unique listed Dalston house. The house is located 3 min from Hackney Downs station, 10 min from Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Hackney Central stations. So could get to both Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus in 30 min. Also very close to both London Fields, Broadway market and Hackney Downs.

Important:
The house is going to be renovated in about 6-8 months. Still hasn’t got the final date but it won’t happen before that.

The house:

* Two storeys
* Large conservatory
* Front and back yards

* The house has 3 bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath so that’s shared.

The room:
* First floor
* Tall 3 meters ceiling
* A big sash Georgian window
* En-suite. The room has a private door to the nicest bathroom (a massive shower) in the house. However, as it is the only downstairs bathroom it is sometimes used by guests (rarely), or when we need to use the laundry room. The upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms so it’s very private to the bedroom.
* Has a beautiful (inactive) fireplace
* Has a sofa bed (in the pic) at the moment but it’s mostly unfurnished. Obviously could rid of the sofa bed if not needed.

About me:
I am a 32 year old male, live in landlord. Working in the arts. I’m looking for a kind, mature professional who’s had some experience with flatshares before. The house is very clean so it’s very important for me to find someone who is naturally tidy, clean as you go type, especially in shared spaces. We also have a cleaner once in two weeks for a touch up. Open to all kinds of people as long as they are respectful, not looking for a party house and see their home as a safe place to wind down in.

Bills are not included and fluctuate between 100-250 for everything inc council tax and the cleaner and some products we share
