• Recently refurbished and repainted, it’s modern and welcoming.
• A good-sized double bed, clothes hanging rack, and an en-suite bathroom.
• All bills included – a hassle-free living experience!

The Flat
• A spacious and well-kept flat with a relaxed atmosphere.
• I sometimes work from home and usually in the front room, but I respect your space if you prefer privacy.
• If you’re up for it, I’d be happy to share a glass of wine and have a good chat or watch a film – but no pressure if you’d rather keep to yourself.

Location
• Situated on Kingsland Road, just a 3-minute walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations.
• Excellent transport links with buses (76, 149, 67, 488, 243) right nearby.
• Everything you need is within walking distance – supermarkets, cafes, coffee shops, and a newly opened wine bar.

• I have a 5-year-old who stays with me 3 nights a week.
• I can provide towels and bed sheets for your stay.
