I’m going travelling later this year so am looking for someone to take over my cosy room in Dalston from mid May/June - I’m very flexible on move-in date as will be moving back in with my parents.
The room can come either part or fully furnished, the landlord provided a mattress and chest of drawers when we moved in, although i’m open to selling all other furniture if interested.
The flat is super spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. There are 2 other housemates; Ellie, 26, queer, she currently works freelance but previously worked in philanthropy. There’s also Lana, 24, currently studying to become a lawyer. Ellie also owns a cat named Finnegan who is super friendly.
The flat is very well located just an 8 min walk from Dalston Kingsland (Mildmay Line) and a 10 min walk from Dalston Junction (Windrush Line).
Rent is £850 and bills average out to £100pm, there is also a deposit needed of £990
In terms of who you are, we’d prefer a woman, aged 24-27. Someone who’s friendly, and up for flat nights out but respects the needs for space and alone time.
