Looking for someone to take over a spacious, unfurnished double room on Dalston Lane in E8! In early Sept 2025, the lease will end and you’ll be able to extend again.

The room is the larger room of a 2-bed, 1-bath home in the heart of Dalston. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, and a 2nd occupied bedroom on a higher floor of the flat (adding privacy between the two bedrooms including for sound, which is amazing). The room comes unfurnished. I will also be taking some pieces in the living room so there’s space to furnish if you have some bits.

There are 3 other flats in the charming, terraced house. One side of the building leads to Kingsland Road (6 minutes away) and the other side leads to residential streets towards London Fields (10 minutes away). There is a washer/dryer in-unit. There are supermarkets galore within 5-10 minutes walking. Rent is £1175pm, and monthly bills usually come to around £140ish per month (wifi, water, energy, council tax, cleaning), and are paid in addition to rent.

Flatmate -
You will be sharing the space with Isolda, 26, from Dublin 🍀. Isolda is very laid back and in her free time she’s usually running, seeing friends, at the pub or Pilates 🧘‍♀️ she works at TikTok in client solutions so is in the office about 4 days a week.
