We’ve got a furnished room available for a 1-month sublet in our bright and friendly 3-bed flat in Dalston, East London, available from May 1st to June 1st (dates flexible by a day or two if needed).

You’ll be living with two great people – both musicians and researcher – both chill, respectful, and enjoy a balance of social time and quiet. It’s a creative and relaxed household, perfect if you're working or just looking for a peaceful spot in the heart of Hackney.

The Room:

Fully furnished (bed, rail, drawers, desk, chair mirror)
Lots of natural light
Quiet and cosy

The Flat:

Shared living room with balcony-terrace
Well-equipped kitchen
Bathroom with good water pressure
WiFi + bills included

Location:

5-min walk to Dalston Kingsland / Dalston Junction
Loads of great cafes, markets, parks, and nightlife nearby
Easy access to Overground + buses

We’re looking for: Someone friendly, clean, and respectful – ideally another creative, academic, or easygoing professional. No parties, but happy to have a wine and chat in the evening!

Rent: £850 all in
Dates: March 1st – April 1st (1 month)
Deposit: Half the rent to secure the room, the other half on move-in day
