We’ve got a room opening up in our lovely shared home – perfect for a couple though we would be open to the right individual - and are looking to find sociable, friendly & considerate housemates to join us!

The Room (Available from 10th June):
* 1x large double room (suitable for a couple) - £1320
All come fully furnished with good quality bed/mattress, wardrobe & drawers

Who You’ll Be Living With:
•⁠ ⁠x5 current housemates (late 20s–mid 30s)
•⁠ ⁠⁠Working in creative industries
- Mix of queer/straight
•⁠ ⁠⁠Clean, tidy, respectful - we love to keep our home looking nice and feeling cosy
•⁠ ⁠⁠We’re all sociable, get on really well and enjoy hanging out - whether that’s grabbing a drink, doing pancake breakfasts together, trying our hand at gardening or making the most of our lovely sun-trap garden!
- Although this isn’t a crazy party house, we often have friends over and have parties from time to time, so would love to find housemates who are up for getting involved
- Interests & hobbies range from film, music/gigs, yoga, art, drums, trash reality tv, politics, improv, cooking
- Mix of vegan/vegetarian/meat eaters - everyone welcome and respected

The Home:
•⁠ ⁠Big communal living area with TV, massive dining table (perfect for working from home), 2 fridges, dishwasher, washer & tumble dryer
- Amazing garden with raspberry bushes and herb garden, which gets the sun year round and is a massive hit with the friendly neighbourhood foxes
•⁠ ⁠2 bathrooms with bath & shower
- Located on a quiet road (with basically no car traffic) just off Church Street
•⁠ ⁠Lots of natural light, cute decor and plenty of house plants which you’d be welcome to add to!
- Bills are shared equally via Splitwise and we have a cleaner who comes in once a week. Roughly comes to around £110- £130 a month. Deposit is £1083.33 (to be confirmed by the agency)

The Area – Stoke Newington:
•⁠ ⁠Church Street & Stoke Newington High Street less than 5mins away – loads of great cafes, pubs, and shops
- Really cute pub on the corner of our road
- Right near Clissold park and Abney park
•⁠ ⁠Good transport links, with loads of bus routes and Overground connections short walks away: Dalston Junction 15min, Rectory Road 10min, Stoke Newington 10min

- Due to allergies, we can’t accept someone with pets - sorry! Although cats do wander in from time to time so you’re never without a furry friend nearby
