I am leaving the city for 3 months from end of April so I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate to take my room in a lovely two-bedroom flat in the heart of Dalston.

About the room & flat:

Huge master bedroom with a Juliette balcony and built-in double wardrobe. I will leave the rest of my furniture - double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The bedroom overlooks a quiet side road.

Open-plan kitchen & lounge – I have furnished the communal areas.

Sunny private balcony that gets sunshine most of the day.

Residents’ roof garden – great for chilling.

5th floor with lift access – Away from the hustle and bustle of Kingsland High St.

Bike store.

The property is owned by a lovely private landlord who is really responsive and helpful if there are ever any issues.

Just a couple of minutes’ walk from Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction stations.

Surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, cafés, and independent shops.

Excellent transport connections across London.

About who you will be sharing with:

30-something-year-old female working 5 days in the office. Very chilled, respectful, and clean, so anyone taking the room must be the same. Ideally no partners or friends staying around more than 1-2 days a week.
