Short Term Let Double Room in Dalston E8

SHORT TERM LET FROM 1 JUNE - 17 JULY.

Hello hello,

We are looking for someone to join our maisonette in Dalston from 1 June until 17 July.

The flat:
The room in question is a double room, which comes with a bed and wardrobe. It backs on to the west facing garden so it is beautifully lit up during sunset.

There is a spacious shared living room area, with a 4 seat dining table. The kitchen is fairly well sized but the piece de resistance is the large garden which is ideal for barbecues. The maisonette shares 2 bathrooms (both equipped with showers) between 3 flatmates. One of the bathrooms is directly next to the room advertised and we rarely use it (so it is almost your own private bathroom).

Bills are not included in the price, but are equivalent to roughly £100 a month.

The location:
Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs stations are all within 10 mins walk, giving you flexibility for when one of the lines is inevitably closed.

The flat is surrounded by excellent pubs, great food options (especially Turkish food), plenty of supermarket options and music venues.

The closest parks are Hackney Downs (5 mins walk) or London Fields (10 mins walk).

The people:
Current flatmates are two 30 year old males. Both are professionals who work from home 2-3 days a week.

We are both laid back and the flat is a chilled out environment. However, we are both very sociable and provide a warm, communal.
