En-Suite Double Room - Hackney

Hey! My housemates moving out of my apartment after 3 years and I’m looking for someone to take over his side of the lease.

It’s a double room that has an en-suite, and built in wardrobes. I have the separate bathroom.

The building has a concierge and the flat is on the 11th floor with great views which is sooo nice, especially in summer on the balcony.

I’m 31 and work as a videographer/photographer so i’m out a lot with work, on shoots or meetings. I also travel a lot so thats deffo a perk for my housemate!

Bills are around £150-200 a month. It’s less in the summer. Everything’s split down the middle.

It’s a 12month lease starting on the 16th March but has to be agreed and signed by 14th February so looking to get moving and viewing.
