- Amazing location: 30 seconds from Dalston Junction, 5 mins from Dalston Kingsland.

- Our building has a communal roof terrace, concierge service, secure bike lockup and a residents' gym (which is free for all residents).

- Close to v good bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars (all the good stuff).

Flatmates:
- Living with Ed (32) and Jack (27), so looking for someone aged 25+.
- Ed is a producer & editor, whilst Jack is an actuary working in the City. Both WFH and the office throughout the week.

- Both Ed and Jack are gay so being queer friendly is a must.

- We have all become good friends through living in this flat and regularly go to music events / host friends at our place, so Ed and Jack are ideally looking for someone who is sociable, easygoing and who will fit their vibe.
