A large, bright double bedroom available in a calm, characterful warehouse flat in the heart of Hackney Downs. We are a Queer household.
The room features painted brick walls, 2.5m high original Crittal windows, high ceilings, and painted wooden floors. It’s light, airy, and benefits from great heating — a cosy space year-round. The bedroom is located just off the main open-plan kitchen and living area. As it’s close to the shared space, there can occasionally be some noise from the living room, so it would best suit someone who’s relaxed and unbothered by that.

Room comes unfurnished.

* Spacious open-plan kitchen/living room — perfect for hosting, relaxing, and hanging out.
* Recently refurbished bathroom with shower over bath, shared with one other housemate.
* Whole flat recently renovated with new kitchen and range stove (no dishwasher).
* Shared with three friendly creatives in their early–mid 30s.
* Located right next to Hackney Downs railway station, your room is facing the station which is a cute brick building. The trains are not too audible.
