Hello we are subletting our large double room in a house share in Dalston/Londonfields, while we're away on tour with our band. We are a couple, but the sublet is only available for a single occupant.
DATES: 18th March - 9th April (or any time 1week + within these dates)
RENT INCLUDING BILLS: £210 per week, can negotiate if you would like the room for the full 3 weeks
The room is fully furnished and has a fold away desk and chair, sofa, coffee table. You will have sole use of the downstairs bathroom with shower, the small galley kitchen is shared with 2 other housemates.
The housemates are all lovely people, although busy with work so people mostly keep to themselves.
Centrally located, with good transport links. 5 minutes’ walk to Dalston Junction Station (London Overground Tube Train) 6’ walk to Dalston Kingsland Station, Buses 30, (N)38, 56, 67, 76, (N)149, 242, 243, 277, 816 etc.
Besides WiFi you can have RJ45-plug-in 1Gbit with high reliability.
