Double room in Dalston - ft private south facing garden.

£920 pm + bills (around £130 pm)

Room is part furnished but I can be flexible if you need more/less. There is a freestanding clothes rack in the room too which you can’t see in the pictures.

The room is in a beautiful terraced house. We are the top two floors but are lucky enough to also have the large garden to ourselves. It gets lots of sun and is a fab respite from busy London life. Provides delish tomatoes too.

There is also a patio with steps leading down to the garden that gets lots of sun.

It is about a 4 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Station and 7 min walk to Dalston Junction. Sainsbury’s, M&S and Aldi all within 2-4 min walk. 15 min walk to London Fields. Basically the best location you could ask for?!

All rooms are on the top floor (3rd floor) and the living and kitchen are on the middle floor (2nd floor). Note living room picture is only half the room - we have a big dinning table too.

There is one full bathroom on the top floor and then another toilet on the middle floor (pics to come).

Current flatmates all in their 30s and working professionals. Kiwi couple in one room and another kiwi girl in the other.
