I’m moving out of my large, bright room in Dalston and looking for someone to take over the tenancy for the final 4 months, with the possibility to renew afterwards.

• Spacious, bright room with plenty of natural light
• Unfurnished, but furniture can be left for an additional cost if needed
• Plenty of space for a desk and storage

Rent
• £940 per month (water included)
• Other bills approx £100–£120/month

Location

The flat is in a fantastic location within walking distance of:
• Dalston Kingsland station
• Dalston Junction station
• Hackney Downs station
• Rectory Road station

There’s also a gym less than 5 minutes away and plenty of great bars, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It’s a really vibrant area and I’ve loved living here.

Bathroom
• Shared with one other person
• You will have your own dedicated shower

Flatmates

You’ll be living with two other women who work full-time and keep to themselves, so it’s a calm and respectful home. Free to make it your own, guests are welcome and the space is lovely for hosting friends.

Parking
• On-street parking via Hackney residents permit
• Private parking spaces available to rent within the development
