A room has opened up in our 3 bedroom spacious loft. Its a long term rental and available April 1.

We're 10 minutes from Dalston Kingsland station on Shacklewell Lane. A couple blocks from hackney downs studios.

One of the bedrooms is en suite so you'd only be sharing the bathroom with one other (me).

I'm in communications for a environmental charity and work at a pub slanging burgers for the people of north london and your other potential lovely flatmate is a creative producer at an arts platform. we both work a couple days from home, love music and cooking and good fun people!

The building has a large outdoor shared public space on the ground floor and there is covered and secured bike parking.

Bills are usually around £100/mo
