Very large and bright room complete with full height, double built-in mirrored wardrobes which provide ample storage space. Floor-to-ceiling window with black out blind. Provided on an unfurnished basis and available from 13th April.
En-suite:
Large private en-suite bathroom with huge mirror, lots of storage and decent sized shower.
The apartment:
Top floor apartment in a modern development. The reception hall leads on to a huge kitchen/living area, with west facing double patio doors opening on to a large balcony, which provides views across the whole of London and unreal sunsets. We also have access to a large communal roof terrace.
Bills are reasonable and split equally, council tax band D.
Amenities:
With access from Dalston Square, there is a 24-hour concierge and residents gym included in the price, alongside free, secured bicycle storage.
Current housemates:
You will be sharing with 2 amazing girls. The first (27) is English and works as a Psychologist for the NHS, and the second (29) is Irish and works as a Data Analytics Manager for an NGO.
We are a sociable house who are up for hanging out and having fun together, whether that be at a yoga class or the local wine bar, however are respectful of each others space and time.
The area:
Dalston is a vibrant area and the apartment benefits from an abundance of bars, restaurants and fun things to do nearby! Transport could not be closer and it is quick and easy to get anywhere in London with ease.
