Huge (or smaller) room in a lovely flat!

Hi,

Our housemates (the owners) are moving out as they’re off travelling for a year so we’re looking for a couple (or single) person to take over their room while they’re away.

You’ll be living with another couple, Hannah (myself), 31 working as a trainee lawyer and Tim, 30 who works in advertising.

The flat is a fully furnished new build and is 10 mins from Dalston, Stoke Newington, and Canonbury. It’s got an open plan kitchen/living area with a balcony, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The rent is £3070 a month and the current split is £1735 for the larger room with an en-suite which is ideally suited for a couple, and £1335 for the smaller room with a separate bathroom which we’re currently in.

We’re also open to moving into the bigger room and charging slightly less if a single person were to move into our current room.

Bills are not included in the rent but are currently around £360 a month in total split between the 4 of us.

We absolutely love living here and we’re looking for people that are clean, respectful and friendly who would see it as more than just a room to sleep in!

The move in date would be 1st May but can be flexible up until the 18th May. Let us know if you’re interested and we can arrange a viewing!
