I’m moving out of my Dalston flat share after 8 years (i started the tenancy but am getting married and moving to Kent). Our current contract ends on the 16th October but I have a great relationship with the Landlord and Management Company so there is definitely an option to extend.
A bit about the flat:
There are 3 bedrooms (no shared living room but the rooms are a great size), a shared galley kitchen with a washer/dryer, hallway storage and bathroom.
We're in the middle of Dalston (literally), seconds away from both overground stations and the bus links of Kingsland Road. We share a courtyard with the Hat building, which is lovely in the summer, provides secure, covered bike storage and protects us from any road noise.
The building itself is secure and well taken care of with a lift (we are on the 2nd floor) and on site concierge/building manager.
