Heyy, my friend and I are looking for a 3rd housemate for our flat in Dalston!

I’m 24 and I work in finance and Bill (the other flatmate) is 23 and a lawyer. Were uni mates and we went to Durham uni and are looking for another flatmate to move in with us in April. We are both hardworking but also very sociable and love running and cooking/hosting dinners. If you feel like you’d be a good fit in our flat feel free to message me!

Rent is £1167, and bills are around £100 a month.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Dalston Kingsland station and 12 mins to Dalston Junction, we have lots of shops and bars nearby (great location!). The flat is fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, sofa etc. and in amazing condition. The flat is three bedrooms, a great size open plan kitchen & dining room, two toilets and one shower/bathroom and loads of storage. We also have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
