Double room in 3 bed flat share in dalston

I’m sadly moving out, so I’m posting this on behalf of my lovely flatmates – which means my room is up for grabs in our 3-bed flat in Dalston! ✨

The flat has a big, bright kitchen that’s perfect for cooking and catching up, a comfy shared living room for relaxing evenings, and even a garden for a bit of fresh air (especially great in the summer ☀️).

The room itself is a bright, comfortable medium-sized space, with plenty of room to make it your own. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress. I’ve also added a few extra bits to the room during my time here, which I’d be happy to leave behind for a small additional cost if you’re interested.

You’ll be living with two easygoing, friendly women in their 30s. It’s a calm, chill household where everyone does their own thing but is always up for a chat or the occasional shared meal.

The move-in date is flexible, anytime between the end of April and the end of May.

Rent is £835 with some bills included such as council tax, water and gas. You will just need to split the wifi and 2-weekly cleaner with the others.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and happy to be part of a relaxed and welcoming home.
