Hello! We’re a queer friendly, creative household looking for a third person to join us at the end of April/start of May.

You’ll be sharing the space with two chill, friendly creatives (Tom and Anna - working in fashion and film). We’re located on a quiet street between Shacklewell Lane and Dalston High Street and within walking distance from all your faves (Dalston Superstore, Rio Cinema, Hackney Downs etc.)

The room itself is our current living room which opens out into an alleyway that would become your own personal outdoor space. We’re then turning the room of the couple that's moving out into a large shared space with double doors that open out onto the building’s main courtyard.

Here’s a breakdown of all the important info:

Rent: £988/month

Bills: approx. £110/month

Deposit: £1184

12-month contract via an estate agency

Option to leave early if you find a replacement and pay a £70 contract change fee

Gated ground-floor flat

Keypad entry to the gate + two additional key-access doors

Private alleyway accessible only from the advertised room (for your sole use)

Pets negotiable
