One bright room going in our lovely house in East (Dalston/Newington Green) from the 15th of April/1st of May.

The double room comes furnished, has bright light, front garden view and space for a desk and or sofa.

Rent is 715, plus bills roughly 95.
Move in from the 15th of April or the 1st May (the earlier the better :-)).

About us:
The three of us who currently live here are in our late 20s/early 30s and work full time. Joris works for a sustainability consultancy, Simon plays in a band and models, Sara works in the legal industry. We have different schedules, work/enjoy the creative industry and enjoy having a chat together, pretty damn easy going and equally clean :-) wihoo! To keep the balance, we would give preference to a non-male new housemate.
(Ps we are not really a party house and like the calmness in our place with the lovely buzz of London close by)

Location: The flat is located a 12 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, 1 min from Tesco, 5 min from Newington Green and 10min from Clissold Park.
