En-suite room in garden flat

Hi! I'm looking for someone to fill a double room in my flat in Dalston. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, which really feels like a luxury in a flatshare. It comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, bookshelf and wardrobe. You'll also have access to a kitchen with dishwasher, sunny east-facing living room, and a large garden for pottering or just sitting under the trees. The room is available for May and June with the possibility of extending. The rent includes all bills.

I'm a mid-30's professional woman, living pretty quietly for the most part. I WFH 3 days/week and cook most days and am very happy to share. I enjoy gardening, going out to dinner, and a glass of wine in the garden, as well as taking walks around beautiful De Beauvoir. I also have a little dog who will want to cuddle, so dog lovers are a must.
