Room by Kingsland Basin – Bills Inc

Hi there! I’m Valen, I’m living in this lovely flat ✨ We have a beautiful double room available in our modern flat right by the canal at Kingsland Basin.

The room is sun-drenched with floor-to-ceiling windows, a dedicated desk setup, and a very spacious built-in wardrobe. The flat is clean, quiet, and perfectly located; seconds from the lovely Towpath and the best coffee spots in Haggerston and Dalston, with great transport links nearby. Rent is £1,500 per month with all bills included – plus one month’s rent as a deposit.

We are looking for someone who works from an office at least a few days a week rather than being 100% remote, just to keep the balance of the house right. The room is available for an initial 6 months with a very high chance of extending long-term.

You’ll be sharing with Luciano (a lawyer) and me, Valentina (Architect/3D artist). We’re a lighthearted, easy-going household looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to join the mix and keep the good energy going.
