Loft room in Dalston 2-bed maisonette available

Hi there,
I am a 43 year old gay male journalist living in Dalston with my dog Ripley and looking for a new housemate! I have a room to rent for a long-term/ongoing let in my two-bedroom flat. It is a spacious, loft room with newly-refitted ensuite bathroom which comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, lamps and a clothes rail.

The flat is a 2 bedroom maisonette, with a ground floor entrance and set across three floors, in a small and friendly gated block in Dalston. There is a nice and colourful kitchen/living area and a shared courtyard area.

My dog Ripley is a 5 year old cockapoo and very cute and people-friendly but you will obviously need to be a dog fan!

The address is Seal St, which is just off Shacklewell Lane and 5-10 mins from Dalston Kingsland/Junction stations. If you don't know the local area, it is teeming with shops, places to eat, fun events etc. I have lived in the area for over a decade now, and highly recommend it.

The rent is £1100pm including all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

I work from home four days a week and in the office Thursdays. I don't have many demands, except that you be pretty clean and tidy! I'm a sociable, easy-going guy and would be up for living with someone similar.
