Dalston penthouse in amazing converted hat factory

We have a double room available in our beautiful Dalston two-level penthouse. The room has built in wardrobe and desk, and a double bed with storage underneath (this can all be removed if you've got your own stuff). It's on the quiet side of the building so you'll get a good sleep - but we're right in the buzz of Dalston. The overgrounds are a two minute walk each and there are shops, bars, restaurants and parks all within a short walk.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, so your bathroom will be your own (we have an ensuite). The flat has two balconies facing either direction so you can soak up all-day sun. We have two BBQs you're welcome to use, and a kitchen with all the things (we love cooking). We have broadband and a cleaner to keep things tidy - all included in the rent.

We're a professional couple, originally from Australia but London's home now. We're pretty active but also love lounging on the balconies with a wine and a BBQ on the go! The building is phenomenal with lots of lovely, social residents and an amazing private terrace, making it an oasis in the city. There's also an on-site porter so you'll never be locked out. We travel a fair bit too so that flat would be your own on occasion.

We're flexible on who you might be - we'd happily accept a short term renter, or a Monday-Friday person (costs negotiable). If you're up for a home-cooked meal and wine, that's great - but if you mostly do your own thing that's fine too. Get in touch if it sounds like you!
