Looking for clean, respectful, responsible person to share flat with friendly, easy-going, sociable couple who travel a lot.
We are both freelancers (I'm a Beauty Buyer and Franck organises Music Festivals) and we often travel for work and personal leisure (approx 1-2 weeks per month), but when in London we tend to work from home with some meetings out during the weekdays.

Our likes - music (vinyl collection), wine, football, festivals, art exhibitions, gym, going out with friends to local bars/pubs/parks, cooking simple meals at home, watching netflix/amazon prime, and traveling as much as possible (when life gets up and running again).

The flat is not a party flat and we treat it as a place to relax and chill after traveling for work or busy days out. Occasionally we may have a couple friends around for a meal or drinks before going out to a bar, but this is not too often.

The building is filled with many creative-freelance types (as like the area), and there are many cafes and bars, and nearby parks to enjoy (Clissold Park, Hackney Downs, London Fields).

Tesco/Sainsburys/M&S Food Hall/Co-op all within 5-7 mins walk.

1 min to bus stop with direct links to the city (routes: 149, 67, 76, 243)
