My lovely flatmate is making a big step in his life, and is moving out with his girlfriend to NY!

I will miss him so much - so a a big gap to fill!

I am looking for someone as cool as him very easy going, tidy, clean and friendly to share our lovely super-bright 2 bedroom warehouse flat. Very spacious, with 4m high ceilings, and fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, a lot of plants, and good vibes. The flat has massive windows throughout, is double-glazed, and has central heating.

I am offering a fully furnished and spacious double-room. The flat has a lot of natural light all day, and is very warm (even in winter). It is located on a quiet street really close to everything in the heart of Dalston. Hackney Downs park is just a 5 min walk, as is Dalston Kingsland Overground. There are buses around the corner, a 24h supermarket on the same street, and a lot of bars and restaurants...

You will be sharing with me, Margarita. I am a Spanish Project Manager who works in banking and loves cooking, yoga, art and travelling. I am very easy going and love to share meals or a glass of wine. I also have a big community of friends in the building, and we like to hang out around the area a lot.
