Bills will be fixed at £200 a month this covers everything inc a cleaner

The location of the flat is excellent - it is literally a second away from Dalston Junction (you don't even have to leave the square), as well as a bus stop which routes directly into the City. Dalston Kingsland is 3 minutes away.
City (north) – 15 minutes (bus)
City (south) – 25 minutes (bus)
Oxford street – 25 minutes (train)

If you are looking for a proper chilled home, rather than just somewhere to crash after work; if you are clean and considerate, and enjoy a glass of wine/beer in front of the telly in the evening; if you are funny, easy to get along with, and are not otherwise disagreeable or creepy you should be a good fit!

ABOUT ME
A laid back, open minded, nice sociable guy. Generally spend a decent amount of time in the areas on weekends but pretty open to doing whatever London has to offer on any given weekend. For work I am based in the city and work quite long hours so am not around a significant amount.
