We are looking for a new flat mate as our current one is moving out end of February

We are two female working professionals (legal industry) and mainly work from home 1 to 2 times a week. During the week we like to hang out, workout and watch tv and at the weekend we love to brunch. We are looking for someone who likes to socialise and have a laugh with but also respects the shared spaces, keeping them clean and tidy throughout the week.

The flat is extremely spacious with a big lounge/kitchen area and comes with the usual amenities of oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and free Wifi (which we never have issues with!). The flat also has underfloor heating (but rarely have to turn on as is very well insulated). We have a 24 hour dedicated concierge (so you never have to worry about missing packages), rooftop chill out space and a balcony that gets sun all day long! The building is situated just behind the Dalston Kingsland shopping centre, with many bus routes and a 5 min walk from both Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction. Bills are roughly £100 a month
