Sunny and friendly central Dalston flat!

One of our flatmates is sadly moving back home in April, but it means we have a double room up for grabs!

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. It faces away from traffic and stays cool in the summer.

The flat is bright and open, with a large living room and kitchen and an adjoining balcony — great for your morning coffee or evening drinks.

It is based in an apartment block on Dalston Lane, right next to AllPress (-convenient location!). We're about 5mins walk to Dalston Junction, 7mins to Dalston Kingsland, and 8mins to Hackney Downs.

Everyone in the building is very friendly and we have a community vibe here. There's also a building WhatsApp group so we can keep in touch.

Outside, Ridley Road Market is very close and there's a big Sainsbury's just around the corner in the Kingsland shopping centre.

Dalston obviously has loads to offer, and you're in very close walking distance to Hackney Downs, London Fields and Hackney Central.

We're also a friendly bunch inside the flat!

Rachael is a journalist and loves gigs, running, swimming, and cycling. Serena is a graphic designer who loves working on crafts – knitting as of late! James is also a graphic designer and enjoys running, gigs, theatre & nights at the cinema. The three of us sometimes take part in the quiz at our local pub, though we can't promise we'll ever win :D

The room is available start of April.

Bills and council tax come to around £90 a month each.
