Room in 3-bed flatshare next to Dalston Junction

We're are looking for a new, fun flatmate for our georgeous home right next to Dalston Junction station. The flat is bright and we've got a really nice balcony which looks like straight out of a cheap interior magazine.

While the room comes unfurnished (with the option of buying some of the furniture off), the rest of the flat is fully furnished (we've even got an Airfryer, whoop!!). We've also got two bathrooms, so the new flatmate only has to share with one person.
Plus, we've got a shared rooftop terrace, 24/7 concierge and a free gym in the building, and some of the best coffee shops in London within walking distance (rating based on personal opinion).

As for the ~vibe; we really enjoy hanging out when we feel like it, but also respect each others space. With that being said, we really want the flat to feel homely, but by no means do we expect each other to be hyper social all the time.

I am moving out around June and would like the new flatmate to take over for the next 3.5 months of the contract with the option of taking over the next contract.
