I am the current tenant of the other room in this lovely, spacious flat in Dalston Junction.

Living in this flat has been a blast. You are minutes away from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland, which means you are very well connected to anywhere in London. You are a stone's throw away from Kingsland high st, with shops, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment aplenty. Nevertheless, living in Dalston Square means that you are also in a very quiet, setback environment with nice coffees and gyms. Best of both worlds!
On the other side, you are a short walk away from Hackney, London Fields, Broadway Market, but also Shoreditch and Stoke Newington are within easy reach.

The flat itself is a 2bed 2bath, so you'll have your own private large bathroom. The room is quite spacious, with big wardrobes. I got most of the furniture, so depending on your preference, you could either purchase it from me (not expensive), or bring your own! The block benefits from its own 24/7 concierge with delivery storage, and there’s a well-equipped free gym for residents. The flat is managed by Dexter's, and they've been phenomenal in helping us out, sending professionals very promptly to resolve anything that may have required attention.

I'm an Italian 29M working in fintech as a sales engineer. When I'm not at work or being social, you'll find me reading, coding, playing music, or watching a film.

Bills are approximately £350 pounds per month all-in, which includes a council tax of ~£150, so you can expect this room to come around £1600 all-in.

To get in, you'll need to get referenced by Dexters, so they will ask for some personal information. This is standard. We do need to rent this room out as soon as possible, so preference will be given to people who are ready, willing and able to commit to it shortly. Highly suggested to come and view it in the coming days, I'm in Monday and Friday during the day, and late afternoons / weekend can be arranged. I can send additional pictures and videos.

The total deposit of £2884 is 5 weeks of the monthly total rent of £2500 we pay.
