Furnished double bedroom in a lovely flat located at Dalston Junction.

After 2 fantastic years I am moving out of this great flat, looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy individual to take my place. You will be sharing with two couples (four people) in a spacious flat.

Price: £1,000pcm, plus bills (approx. £80pcm). Deposit is £980.

Move in date: 13/05/2024, year-contract will be renewed 01/09/2024 but have never had an issue with extending. Looking for someone that is longer-term.

About the flat:
- 3 bedrooms
- Your bedroom is the one pictured, but with alternate furniture
- Main bathroom (to be shared by you and two others), other couple has an ensuite
- Located in a large industrial-style complex with secure fob entry
- Bike storage facility

Location: Located on a quiet street just off Dalston Junction. It is a 3 minute walk from Dalston Junction overground (North-South) and 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground (East-West). Lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. 2 minute walk to Kingsland shopping centre which has an Aldi and Sainsburys and nearby Ridley Road market. About a 15 minute walk to London Fields or Hackney Downs parks.

Furniture: The living room and kitchen come furnished. Looking for someone that will take the bedroom furniture as well for a small negotiable price. This is not the furniture displayed as we will be doing a room swap - I will send photos of furniture on interest.

About the household: We are a close and social household but also respect each other’s space. We have our own social networks but often hang out. Think flat mate dinners (when we can get in the diary!), trips to the pub, sofa chats in the living room and hands on deck spring cleans. We keep a tidy house and mostly cook vegetarian (but are not all vegetarians).

You’ll be living with:
- Kieran - 27yo, male, works in events, English, keen runner, cooks up a storm in the kitchen, avid Spurs fan
- Shenae - 25yo, female, works in marketing, Aussie, likes a pilates and coffee morning, enjoys a bit of banter
- Annabel - 26yo, female, works in coffee, originally from England but sings the Kiwi tune now, likes a wine, keeps the house stocked with flowers and regularly brings supplies of coffee and pastries home from her job
- Nick - 29yo, male, works in property valuation, Kiwi, frequently found playing football or at the pub, avid Arsenal fan (much to the joy of Kieran)

About you: You are sociable but also enjoy your own space. Clean and respect shared space.
