Hey there! We’ve got 2 double rooms available in our friendly Dalston home – 3 minutes walk behind Dalston Junction (amazing area!)

About us
32F - mental health researcher/ science presenter. Interests: climbing, theatre, performances, reading, writing, humanities, science, the arts, current affairs.
29M - movement & yoga teacher. Enjoys various movement practises (mixed movement, capoeira, CI, ecstatic dance), hikes in nature, piano, art.

About you
- We care about the house feeling like a home so we're looking for someone who is happy to build relationships and also hang out every now and then. We have our separate lives but would still like to feel like we're living with friends!
- Looking for someone who will keep the space clean, tidy and not too loud.

Area
- Dalston is one of the best areas and despite being not too far from the busy streets, the house is an oasis of peace! Safe area too, including at night.
- The house is super close to all amenities around Dalston Junction (bars, pubs, restaurants, the Arcola theatre, various performance venues).
- 5 minutes overground journey to Highbury & Islington, 25 minutes bus ride to Liverpool Street.

The house & rent
- There are 2 bathrooms, so you will be sharing with one other person.
- £760 pcm + bills (£130ish per month). Rent will go up to £800 in the new year and it's likely to stay that way for a while.
- Private landlord, quite responsive - has done a lot of renovations recently and is generally happy to support us if we need anything.
- Bills include broadband, energy, water, council tax and other house amenities (varies depending on cleaning supplies and other ad hoc household purchases).

We need to fill the rooms by the end of the month and will be having viewings on the 9th of Nov.
