Lovely room to sublet in Hackney

Hello, my name is Paula and I’m going back to France for about a month. I’m looking to sublet my beloved room during that time. The room is very pleasant, with a beautiful open view and good heating! My housemates are all lovely. The atmosphere is calm (no noise after 9 pm) but very friendly, and we sometimes go out together.

The landlord lives in another part of the house with other tenants and a large kitchen and living/dining room that we can use when we have friends over. There is a cat, Balina, who is very affectionate. Honestly, this shared house is a little paradise and the neighborhood is fantastic. We are close to Dalston Juction, Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Central subway stations. There is a lot of supermarkets in the area.

Renting dates are flexibles.

I can leave my sheets and bath towels for you if needed.

You can park your bike in the enclosed garden.

It’s not possible to smoke inside or in the garden of the property.

I take good care of my room, so I would like someone who keeps it healthy (daily airing and regular vacuuming).

I would also like someone who will be kind to my lovely housemates and to Balina!
