Hi there! We are seeking a third tenant for a Furnished room in modern apartment building in Dalston, balcony, roof top terrace and gym. A few meters from Dalston Junction station, amazing location and quiet balcony considering its proximity to all the local amenities.

About us: You would be living with two 30-year olds who enjoy having a peaceful and chill home environment to relax and socialise in. Emily, who works in Marketing, is Canadian and Mariah, an interior architect, is Mexican-American. We both work hybrid jobs, so wfh in our rooms several days a week. You would be sharing a bathroom with Mariah as the other room in an ensuite. We enjoy socialising as a flat but are very independent and on-the-go girlies!

About you: We are seeking another easy-going, respectful flatmate. We keep things clean and tidy, and are respectful of noise. Females only please. If you are interested please message us with your age, occupation, and ideal move in date. Thanks!

Bills: We are responsible for council tax (about £60) and monthly bills which usually total to £75-90 depending on usage. We also split the costs of a monthly cleaner which is about £25 per person. In-flat washing machine and dishwasher.

The area: located on the edge of Islington and Hackney, this location is in a great area with plenty of pubs, cute wine bars, coffee shops, restaurants, venues, and great transportation links. It’s a 1 min walk to the Dalston Junction overground and 5 mins to Dalston Kingsland. Also less than 5 min walk to Tesco, Coop, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Boots, and Aldi.
