Looking for someone to take this room in a really nice apartment in the centre of Dalston (right next to Dalston Junction station)
Joining midway through a year long tenancy, up for renewal in June. Bills are ~170/month
The room includes the bed, large built-in wardrobe and its own private bathroom. It has space for a desk. It's a spacious top floor flat with a balcony and a large open plan kitchen/living space. The building has a communal roof terrace, concierge service, secure bike lockup and a residents' gym.
Sharing with two others, myself and currently our housemate Jack (but he'll be moving out in March as he's bought his own place - so another room will be available in the next few weeks if anyone's looking with a friend!).
The previous tenant is moving out to go travel the world!
