Great double bedroom in Dalston flat

Hello! A room is becoming available in our bright, homely Dalston flat and we're looking for a new flatmate to move in. The room is a medium-sized double and you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. The flat has a spacious kitchen-diner, a large balcony with a good view and the building is just over 10 years old so it's very modern, warm and well insulated. The building has a concierge and a gym for residents. There is also a roof terrace in the building.

Rent is £1040 per month, and bills usually come to about £140pp per month.

The room is available from 15th March but can be flexible for you to move in a bit before if you need. It comes only with a bed (but this can be removed if you have your own).

Viewings will be held on the evening of 11Feb and 18Feb.

The flat is really close to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, as well as multiple bus routes. London Fields is around a 15-minute walk, and Clissold Park is around 30 minutes away.

About us: the current housemates are Cristina and Jane, both 35 years old. Jane works in tech and usually goes into the office a couple of days a week, working from home the rest of the time. She's into spending time with friends, trying to get good at basketball, travelling, eating good food, exploring London and reading. Cristina works for a design agency and works mostly from the office. She likes socialising, going to the cinema, cooking and hosting friends.

We're looking for someone:
- over 30
- in full time employment (3 days in the office 2 WFH split ideally)
- any gender
- clean, respectful and used to sharing flats
- looking for a long-term place to live
