We have two rooms available to sublet from 9th April to 31st May however it is possible to change it to indefinite rolling contract. Its a friendly home in the heart of Dalston. You’ll be living with two young professionals (one woman, one man) who enjoy a relaxed, social household.

Room 1: £920 per month (all bills included)

Room 2: £940 per month (all bills included)

Contract: Monthly rolling

Move-in date: 9th April

About the house:
Our home is bright and spacious, spread across three floors with plenty of communal space. We’ve got a large living room, a cosy TV room (perfect for movie nights) and even a laundry room! There are two bathrooms (one on each floor) and a sunny rooftop garden.

Location-wise, you couldn’t be better placed. Dalston Junction is less than a minute’s walk away and Broadway Market, London Fields, and Shoreditch are all just around the corner.

About the rooms:
The rooms comes fully furnished and gets loads of natural light. It has a huge built-in wardrobe with tons of storage.
