Hi, I am a 28 year old professional looking for a fun and considerate female housemate to live with in the heart of Dalston.

The 2 bed flat has stunning natural light and views of North London from the 8th floor with large floor to ceiling windows, lots of storage, a balcony, bathroom, access to a roof terrace, concierge and gym. The place has a secluded and chill feel, making it the ultimate spot to unwind after a long day. The kitchen is modern with and the bathroom is clean and tidy, featuring a shower and bathtub combo.

The room is accessed through the living area and comes with a well-sized wardrobe built in and space for a double bed and cabinets so there is plenty of storage space, especially within the large hallway cupboards.

The big bonus of the flat though is the location! You'll be surrounded by trendy cafes, hip restaurants, cool bars and cosy pubs - all within walking distance. And getting around is a breeze with Dalston junction a 2 min walk and Dalston kingsland a 5 min walk as well as bus stops nearby.

As for me, I’m easygoing and someone who enjoys being social. I work late so won’t be around too much in the week, so this room is perfect for someone who enjoys having their own space in the week. I like to keep things tidy and create a chill vibe in our home, so hoping to find someone who's on the same wavelength.


The room will be available for a minimum 12 month lease and maximum open to discussion, with move in date towards the end of June / July. PBills are around £150 on top of the rent as well as a cleaner who comes regularly (+£40 p. m).
