Gaumont Tower, Dalston Square

Stunning Dalston Square new-build 2 minutes walk from Dalston Junction station.
The room is on the 15th floor including private balcony and stunning views West and North.
The building is manned by a 24 hour concierge desk on the ground floor. The building also has a ground floor gym (included in rent) and a 10th floor residents' terrace.
Washer/dryer included plus dishwasher.

The roomies are both smart young professional females working in Advertising. Both really fun and easy going but also clean and respectful of private space. They enjoy being out and about during the week but are equally as likely to want to stay in with wine and Netflix when in the mood. They're the best.

The room is available from 4th January 2018 but could be moved forward depending on moving circumstances and reference timelines etc.
The reason for my own departure is that I recently bought my own place to live in. If it weren't for that I wouldn't be going anywhere.
