Hi there! We're looking for an easy going new housemate to share our De Beauvoir flat. We're friendly and sociable and love our area, with a beautiful canal right on our doorstep.


Our landlord is looking to renovate the house, so the room is only available until 31st May, so we’re looking for someone who can take it for the duration.
The room is small but super cosy and bright. It comes furnished with a double bed and hanging rails.

We've got a large living room, with a shared balcony, that has a view of Regent's Canal along with a large front deck area shared with the neighbours.
There's heating in all of the rooms, and double glazed windows, so the house is really lovely and warm to come home to. The kitchen is massive and has everything you need if you like to cook.

You will be living with Eilis who’s from America and works in fashion, also Steph and Adam who are a couple from NZ/Australia working in art and travel.
Our general interests are art, comedy, music, hiking, travel and anything outdoorsy.
We are keen to keep the house social and friendly with the odd post work drink, movie night etc. We are looking for an easy going, tidy and social professional who is looking for somewhere to call home.

We're right around the corner from a Tesco Express and lots of great pubs.
There are bars, a deli, restaurants and cafes a couple of minutes away. Kingsland Rd, Hoxton and Old Street are also within walking distance.

There is a bus stop less than 50m from the front door, with buses going straight to Old Street, Waterloo, Bank, Dalston, Stoke Newington, etc. Also a 10 minute walk along the canal is Haggerston overground station.
