Available from Sunday 14th July - Sunday 12th Jan for a six month let while I go travelling.

A double bedroom in a three bed, gated, groundfloor apartment in the heart of De Beauvoir. Less than 10 minutes’ walk to Dalston Junction and Regents Canal.

Living with two fun and friendly female professionals, and a beautiful, ragdoll, house kitten.

The room comes furnished with double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The bathroom is shared with just one other and includes a bath plus two showers (so a shower each!).

The spacious apartment comprises an open plan kitchen/dining area/living room with marbled floors and underfloor heating throughout. There is also a communal garden.

The landlady is great and couldn’t be more helpful. We rent privately from her. She has agreed to let me sub-let the room with no administration fees to pay.

The apartment is a really chilled place to live with the perfect combination of socialising and having space to yourself. We are looking for a sociable and considerate third female housemate to join our happy home!

Rent including bills is £911 pcm, and this includes Virgin broadband and a cleaner for 3 hours per week.

You will also need to pay a security deposit of £650 which will be placed in a deposit protection scheme for the duration of your stay.
