Hey potential new flat mates! Fully furnished double room available in De Beauvoir Town (zone 1) Thursday 31st October.

Double storey flat in amazing location just off the canal. There are many bars, restaurants and cafes near by and the area is well connected with many buses and Haggerston overground, Dalston Junction and Angel station are all walking distance away! House has a lounge with Netflix, separate kitchen, dining table, laundry room, 1.5 bath and huge courtyard ft. ping pong table.

You’ll be living with Elin (Swedish, 27) and Sam (26, American). We all met one year ago via spare room and have become close friends since!! We are a social bunch and while we have our own friends and things going on we love going out for dinner and drinks, getting a Saturday morning coffee at the deli and bubbles/picnics when it’s warm. During the week we often hang out in the living room and watch shows together although we respect each other’s privacy if you want some alone time after a long day. I’m super sad to leave this flat but I will be travelling for the winter. The girls are looking for someone that is social, clean and considerate.

Boring bits:
Rent is £738 per month paid on the 25th of every month. Bills are around £70 per month and as we all have one/two bills in our name you will need to take over the water bill when I leave. Part of the rent I have paid in advance (£608.25) will need to be paid to me prior to moving in along with deposit of £833.33 which is DPS protected. Contract is rolling (month to month) and we deal directly with landlord who lives locally.
