We are renting as a Mon/Fri (3-4 nights) let currently - strict, but can be flexible on days - please do not contact if you wish to rent full time, apologies!

The property is brilliantly located, being just 5 minutes walk to Haggerston overground, 10 minutes to Dalston overground and on the border of Islington. Whilst the room itself is not huge, there is an entire extra level to the property in the loft, so there is plenty of storage space if required.

The room itself is cosy with a window overlooking the De Beauvoir rooftops, carpet throughout and comes with a king size bed, clothes rail, drawers, bedside tables, lamp & fan. The bathroom is massive with walk in shower, 2 large sash windows, bath, 2 heated towel racks, storage etc.

Overlooking the picturesque De Beauvoir square, this 1200 sq. ft. 3 storey maisonette comprises of a study, living room, modern kitchen with integrated boiling water tap, large fridge & separate freezer and an amazing roof terrace (for more pics please message me).

You'll be living with 2 others - Tom and Kate, who are in the other room. Tom is a doctor and Kate works in fashion in central London. You may also notice that the sofa space is often occupied by our energetic little mini-dachshund Hugo, who is adorable and great fun.

Rent is £750 a month with bills which includes everything and a cleaner who comes twice monthly and is super thorough.

The flat comes fully furnished otherwise, and is very modern - KitchenAid appliances, nutribullet, hue personal wireless lighting throughout (motion activated), wireless Airplay speakers in each room, a large TV with Netflix and Apple TV. Nest thermostatic control, fibre broadband, wood burning fireplace, sodastream, washing machine and drier.
