1 Bedroom in De Beauvoir Town

We are looking for a new flatmate, ideally male and queer, to join us in our beautiful house in De Beauvoir Town, Islington. The room is free from mid June.

You’ll be sharing with Flavian an architect, Lucia a yoga teacher, Maria an architect and Elena a fashion designer . We are from Italy, Romania and Spain and keen to find someone that adds to the international mix.

We tend to be busy during the week days, but we love the occasional drink and dinner at the pub or a boogie in the living room on special occasions. We are sociable and queer friendly.

We recycle, compost and reduce so would suit someone also on board with this.

The free room faces the back garden and it comes unfurnished. The house has 5 bedrooms, a generous living room, a rooftop space, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

We are looking ideally for someone in their late 20s to late 30s, clean, considerate and that has lived in a shared household before.

We are very lucky to be dealing directly with the landlord. He is very responsive and responsible. Rent is £850 a month and it includes council tax and water. The rest of the bills are around £110. We have a cleaner who comes once a week.
