Bright Large Double Bedroom in De Beauvoir

The house

I'm moving out of this lovely house in a fantastic central location as I am moving into my own place. The house is a 3-story building with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open space living room and kitchen, front garden and back garden. It also has some great storage space.

Room
The room is upstairs and a large double bedroom with plenty of storage and room for a desk, with a large window providing a beautiful leafy outlook and lovely natural light. The upstairs bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate.

Location
The house is located in De Beauvoir just next to the De Beauvoir Deli, the De Beauvoir Arms pub (as well as a number of other great pubs just a few minutes walk away), a great corner store and a couple of restaurants. The house is on a quiet pedestrianised part of Northchurch Road (with parking).

Transport
Walking distance from Shoreditch Park and Regents canal. Dalston and Islington are a stone's throw away.
Overground stations (Haggerston, Essex Road and Dalston Kingsland/Junction) are all 10-15 mins walk and Highbury&Islington (Victoria line) is also nearby so it is very easy to travel across London.
There are regular buses from outside our doorstep which go straight to Liverpool St/Moorgate/London Bridge and beyond. It really is a perfect location.

Rent is £945 with bills being around £140 incl. gas/electricity, broadband, water, a weekly cleaner, gardener.

The housemates are 2 guys and a girl.
Ani works in brand design and is into music. Marc’s a rocket scientist and loves to cook. Teddy is a management consultant and is trying to survive as a Northerner in London. We all have our own lives but do hang out for movie nights, drinks and random chat. Ani and Marc work from home at the moment but Teddy is out a couple of days a week. Preferably a girl would take my room to keep the house balance.

I’m really sad to leave as I have loved living here and we have a really good balance between time spent together and our own personal space.

The room is available from 1st January but I can be flexible on the date.
