Hi everyone! Looking for a person to sublet a room for two weeks in this lovely flat in N1, available from now (but flexible on dates and length of stay) our flatmate is going to travel for a while and we are looking for someone who needs a temporary place to stay

LOCATION: De Beauvoir town, 15 mins walk Old Street Station, 7 mins walk haggerston overground Station, bus stop just outside of the building with buses to central every 5 mins, there are at least 3 parks within a 10 mins walk, regents canal is just 2 mins away.

FLAT: 3 bedroom flat on two levels, bathroom + toilet at lower level, living room, separate kitchen, balcony (where we also keep our bikes), plenty of storage. We have a cat

ROOM: the room is furnished and someone lives there normally, but their things will be moved out of the room. Big single bed, wardrobe,

THE VIBE: this is a feminst/queer/vegan/spiritual/sustainable household. We are a chilled household, looking for someone similar. We don't have cleaning schedules, we are just adults enough to keep our space clean and to communicate when there is any issue, or to pay for a cleaner if we can't manage. (no passive aggressive WhatsApp groups or notes please!)

NEW TEMPORARY FLATMATE: We are sure there is a lovely queer, vegan, witchy/spiritual, feminist human out there, working hard on deconstructing their internalised heteronormativity, omophobia, misoginy, racism, fat phobia, ableism, transphobia. Maybe they are in their late 20s early 30s, and they are looking for a temporary accommodation while they search for their forever home, or just visiting London.
